Core Business

Currently the company’s core business is construction investment project management and it has already implemented several projects:

  • ASTERA Hotel & SPA, Golden Sands Resort;
  • AQUAHOUSE Thermal & Beach;
  • ASTOR Garden Hotel;
  • Villa Chinka, Sts. Constantine and Helena Resort; 
  • PRIMORSKI Center, Sts. Constantine and Helena Resort;

The company is registered with the Central Register of Professional Builders at the Bulgarian Construction Chamber and is licensed for executing construction projects of the following categories:

  • From third to fifth category – high-rise buildings and structures and adjoining infrastructure, electronic communication networks and facilities.
  • Fourth category – projects of transport infrastructure.
  • Third category – projects of energy infrastructure.
  • Third and fourth categories – projects of urban development infrastructure, hydrotechnical and environmental projects.

More than a decade after its founding, the company operates in the construction industry by executing construction and assembly works using their own workforce and resources or by outsourcing to third parties. The company has completed a number of residential construction projects in Saints Constantine and Helena resort in Varna, such as:

  • Residential complex “Harmony” 1-4
  • “Esencia” complex, buildings 1-3
  • Complex CARPE VITA, 1-5
  • “Contrast” complex, Varna
  • Aparthotel for public and government services, town of Balchik

    Neufertbuild Ltd was also the main contractor of Graffit Gallery Hotel, Varna, completed in 2011 and a winner of The Building of the Year Award.
