Complex CARPE VITA is situated in the heart of the first Bulgarian sea resort Sts Constantine and Helena – famous for its beautiful park and mineral swimming pools, in immediate proximity (300m) to the seashore.
In recent years the resort more and more is used for year-round living of Varna citizens and foreigners because of its proximity to the city, the convenient public transport and the unique microclimate.
