About Project

Villa Chinka is a fascinating project with out-of-the-box design and 11 luxury apartments. The Villa was created with the concept of a medieval stronghold standing majestically on the shore.

Villa Chinka offers a holiday in elegant and comfortable apartments, as well as a 113 m2 roof terrace with Jacuzzi.

There is also an outdoor pool, a modern restaurant and a lounge bar.
